STOLA has recently taken in Liberty, who is from the Middle East and is looking for a special home or foster situation. Liberty is 7-10 years old and has become very anxious in her current situation. Her owners adore her, but realize that what they have to offer is not the best situation for Liberty. She has become aggressive around her food with two of the other dogs in the house, so it sounds like she may have some resource guarding issues. 

Please note: There is always a modicum of doubt regarding the purebred status of Salukis rescued from countries of origin. A number of experienced Saluki people viewed photos of this dog, and agreed that she is close enough that she could actually be a country of origin Saluki. Therefore, STOLA has agreed to help her.
