When I first saw Parker, we were at a match attempting to gather as many of the P-litter as possible. Parker's aversion to the ring was immediately made clear when he took off, to shouts of "loose dog." Forturnately he ran right to a family member but to the best of my knowledge, that was also the last time he was in the ring.
His starring roles would be in an Animal Planet's, " Breed All About It" on the saluki breed and demonstrating why he exemplified the saluki so well and well as his famed references in Cherie's saluki stories with the other characters of the pack. Including Mystery, the flying saluki.
I've included pictures of not only Parker but his pack mates as well who have gone on before him. Parker has now joined his Uncle Khufu, Cairo and Mystery and his brothers, Pepper, Prince and LB.
We have them such a short time; only so many precious days and never enough.
